• All clinicians and practitioners must hold current professional registration, professional indemnity, and public liability insurance. Copies must be provided at initial registration and upon request.
• Rooms are to be used only for services within the scope of the practitioner’s qualifications and registration.
• Bookings must be made for any use, including in-person and telehealth sessions. Unauthorised room use may result in a fine.
• Rooms must be left clean and tidy. Lights, heating, and cooling must be turned off, and doors left open after use. The last person to leave the premises must ensure all utilities are off and external doors are locked.
• Any damage caused by you or your clients must be reported and will be your responsibility to cover.
• Payments must be made on time. Late fees apply for overdue accounts.
• Professional conduct is expected at all times, including vacating rooms promptly for the next user.
• Breach of these terms may result in suspension of room access.
